After a very full and detailed inclusive AGM last year, it has been decided to postpone any future inclusive AGM until the share ownership offer has been put into motion. The timing has been dictated by the progression of the legal works required to get the share ownership offer up and running.
The management team will report to all lease owners in October 2023 along with the Lease Variation for signature.
BTM has objected via a planning consultant to an application to build a large house on the plot of this small bungalow neighbouring a BTM property - The Kelling

If you are interested in the history of Blakeney and Norfolk, the Blakeney Area Historical Society (BAHS) runs a program of lectures each year in Cley village hall which are also streamed live on Zoom. Membership is just £12 a year for an individual or £18 for a family and you will also receive a free copy of the Glaven Historian. The lectures and publications are excellent. Patio areas have been extended and new garden table and chairs provided.

A new wet room has been created at The Cley, which now offers a ground floor bedroom with the wet room as an en-suite, this is ideal for older relatives who can now feel more comfortable going away on holiday with their family. Jamie by arrangement can arrange for a wooden ramp to be placed at the front door to assist access if required.
