COVID-19 Advice Procedure & Your Holiday Stay

Before your stay

  • If you develop or a member of your party develops symptoms prior to your stay, you must follow the latest NHS guidance in this respect and not travel under any circumstances
  • You must not break any travel restrictions imposed by national or local lockdown government or local government directives, this will include lockdowns affecting the location of the main guest’s home address and the address’ of fellow guests if different, as well as the location of the holiday home booked

During your stay

  • If you develop or a member of your party develops symptoms during your stay and a test confirms infection please let us know and leave the property immediately so that we can take the necessary steps to deep clean the property. If you develop or a member of your party develops acute breathing difficulties during your stay please call 999
  • If a lockdown is announced during your stay that affects the main guests’ home address or the address of a fellow guest, then those effected should leave the holiday accommodation immediately and return to their main home
  • If a lockdown directive is announced that affects the holiday accommodation then all guests must leave immediately and return to their main home address’

After your stay

  • Similarly, if you develop or a member of your party develops symptoms within 14 days of your stay and a test confirms infection please let us know immediately to allow the necessary measures to be taken

Exchange Companies

Members are no longer authorised to contract with third party companies, or exchange companies offering out weeks to guests from exchange companies:

  • Security and suitability issues of giving access to unauthorised guests
  • Against Members signing longer term contracts often 3 yearly or more with third party companies not authorised by the directors of BTM
  • Exchange contracts will prevent a member from renting out their week via other means
  • Exchange contracts will prevent a member from surrendering their week
  • Exchange contracts will prevent a member from selling a week

Improvements to interiors

All properties have now been fitted with new carpets, furniture, & seating.

New log burners have been fitted to all the properties apart from Burnham B.

All the heating and hot water systems have been replaced and updated.

Patio areas have been extended and new garden table and chairs provided.

Dog friendly areas created in gardens where required.

A new wet room has been created at The Cley, which now offers a ground floor bedroom with the wet room as an en-suite, this is ideal for older relatives who can now feel more comfortable going away on holiday with their family. Jamie by arrangement can arrange for a wooden ramp to be placed at the front door to assist access if required.

Sending Mail

Please do not send your mail to your timeshare property during your stay as we cannot ensure your post will reach you or be forwarded on.

Broadband

The old WiFi relay system has now been replaced with individual WiFi connection for each property , which will improve the WiFi performance for guests.

AGM - 2021

Blakeney Village Hall 

CANCELLED

The venue has cancelled our meeting due to the corona virus.

The management company will send out detailed reports to members in June, via email and post.

AGM - 2021

The Blakeney Hotel can no longer offer a meeting room to hold the number of attendees required.

An AGM of the directors was held which simply adjourned until the next AGM could be set up.

The management company was asked to send the end of year accounts out to all members and to compile reports regarding expenditure and the share ownership. It was felt that the share ownership and any voting procedures must be with all members being contacted personally, rather than taking an ad hoc vote at an AGM.
