Government Travel Restrictions:

Follow government directives operating at the time.
If you are travelling from Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland please refer to your regional restrictions.

When can we get into our property?

All rentals start at 5 p.m. on the Saturday you arrive and then you must vacate the property by 9.00 a.m. on the following Saturday to allow time for the cleaners to carry out their intensive cleaning schedule.

Car parking on site?

Each property has car parking for 2 vehicles, either on the driveway of the property or in designated onsite car parking spaces.

Do I need to bring bedding?

No - Bed linen and towels will be provided for each bedroom.

Kitchen cutlery and pans?

All kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cooker , fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine.

What heating is there?

All properties have night storage heaters, electric panel and towel rail heaters, and are double glazed. All properties with the exception of Burnham B are fitted with Log burners.

Log Burners?

All properties except Burnham B have log burners, in colder months a basket of logs is provided, you should remember to bring your own fire lighters, matches and kindling. Further logs are available subject to our fair usage policy of a maximum of two baskets of logs per weekly stay.

Will there be any other charges during our stay?

The rental quoted will include heating, lighting, hot water , bed linen and towels and towels.
Please note our booking terms and conditions stipulates a fair usage condition, and an extra charge for excessive electricity use can be made. Read more

We have a baby, do we need to bring a cot?

Travel cot and high chair are available on request subject to availability. We do not supply bed linen for the cot as we feel that mothers would prefer to use their own.

Are dogs allowed?

All properties allow one dog to stay. There are enclosed garden areas except for Burnham B, which does have a garden, but as a first floor apartment is only suitable for one small dog.
